Another successful project completed for leaders in Healthcare waste management in British Colombia. Our relationship with the customer started in 2018 with a simple inquiry about a hot water issue in one of their plants. CSSI was not only able to fix the issue by providing them one of the CSSI Megaheat units, but also conducted a study to provide them the most optimum solution for their entire steam system. Custom Steam Solutions Inc offered a full turnkey package for design, engineering, supply and install of 200HP high pressure (300psig) with central control panels which offer remote access. Our solution was able to reduce the cycle time for their autoclaves by 25% with the help of a CSSI Accumulator designed and built inhouse in our ASME/ TSSA shop in Cambridge.

The customer was so pleased with the efficiency gain that they replicated the same system across different plants in North America. This is the fourth successful system installed and commissioned by CSSI for our customer.
