We were chosen to design build a boiler room for one of the corrigator plants. The main focus was to have a design for corrugators to run at the highest speed as per OEM specification and have close to zero down time. CSSI took on this challenge to design a system to not only achieve the two performance parameters but also reduce their energy consumption by 10%.

The entire upgrade was done with no downtime to the plant. CSSI was able to document the performance with installed metering and logging alarms. With remote monitoring we were able to catch auxiliary alarms prior to shutting down the steam system. The exceptional design and commitment from CSSI lead us to being award two more Greenfield Projects and being referred to other corrugator plants by Atlantic Packaging.
